Thanks to the internet, I somehow decided to see what the band was up to. I bought both Kitchens and Elysium on CD after reading the TT was still doing at it. Glad I did, fantastic music! I'm 58 and first heard of Charlie with No Second Chance LP in the 70's. Actually have a CD of No Second Chance/Lines in the...

Is this really the end??

I (and I'm guessing lots/all of you) hope not. Listening to Julian's recent radio interview (which was posted on the forum page by Sal Espana - the programme presenter/interviewer), Julian made a couple of comments that made me think there was a chance that we 'might' hear of Charlie in the future...

As most of you may know, Terry T used to be a band called The Magic Mixture. They made their one and only album in 1968. It seems that Terry was reminded recently of this by bass player (Mel Hacker), Terry agreeing to remake one of the songs on the album (track MOONBEAMS) I received an email this morning fro...

Back in 1979 I was 19 year old who didn't know what he wanted to do and went to the beach in San Clemente CA. when he wasn't digging ditches. One summer night at a good friends party in Shorecliffs, a song came on and I was kind of riveted by it. I strained over the party noise to hear the title. I misunderstood...
